Trying to update from 2020.2.6 to 2023.1.1 and Orion wants me to update to 2023.2.1

So I tried to update Orion for the first time since last March and it failed spectacularly.

I downloaded 2023.1.1 to install. Things have changed a bit.

I did not realize I had to be logged into Orion to get the update to work
When I was logged into Orion it wanted me to download and install 2023.2.1. But I do not want to install this version. Is there a way around this?
For some dumb reason the Solarwinds Admin Service is flapping on my APE. And we did not install anything...

I thought I did all my homework on this but I must have missed a few things.

Currently calling support hoping they can fix my Admin Service Issue. Any other issues I need to check when updating?

I was trying to install from the ISO and it opened up Orion and wanted me to install 2023.2.1. I also still have Admin service flapping on my APE.

Did the update today and it forced me to install 2023.2.1. Which was ok but now None of my AppInsights for IIS are working correctly and I have three custom SAM monitors that are complaining about a user name and password so they are showing unknown. When I test these monitors it says there is a password issue. If it was a password issue I would have other things down. Any ideas?

PowerShell monitors post 2023.1 might need this setting: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/SAM-Powershell-not-working-after-2022-3-Upgrade?language=en_US

Thanks. Tried this on MPE and still no go.

you have to do it on the poller, not just the MPE if you have additional polling engines (I had to do this on 30+ APEs). If it was working before the upgrade and that didn't fix it, open a case with support.
