NCM showing wrong version after Firmware upgrade

I just noticed that NCM does not show the new IOS version of Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches after upgrading them. It does work for other models like 2960X, 2960CX or similar switches.

The only way I got it to show was removing and readding the node, which does not seem feasible.

I have been told (about a year back) that there are some "known" issues with 9k's and SolarWinds. It could be this is one of them, but still worth raising a support case for it.
