Hello everyone,
I am working in a manufacturing firm where damware is deployed for the remote control. Previously it was damware 7.5 on all users and also on my computer. But last week i upgraded damware 12.0.4 only on my computer and now when i connect to a user it prompt me to upgrade the newer version on remote computer i did upgraded and everything was working fine so far. Then it happened on the night shift our IT person want to access the remote users for support, it then prompting do you want downgrade the damware version because you have older version than client and when he click yes it stuck.
So, My question is why damware has these compatibility issues like this, and is there any way to downgrade manually the damware ????
Everyone is crazy on me what have you did, others IT persons are unable to access the remote users because of this issue. We cannot upgrade everyone on newer version because its a very long day practice.
