Could not find a part of the path

Everything was working fine in SolarWinds Patch manager console then one day I'm getting errors when trying to view "Managed Computers" and Reports.

When accessing "Managed Computers" I get pop-up that states, "Unable to run the requested report".

Exception occurred occurred... "Could not find a part of the path, 'C:\Users\username\Appdata\Local\EminentWare\Templates\cmdb\Managed Devices'".

When I go to the ...Appdata\Local\EminentWare\Templates" the Templates folder is empty. Is this the file directory where templates for the Patch Manager console are stored?

Did these files get deleted? If so, how? How can I restore the reports and Managed Computer listings?

This folder contains templates for remote sessions. I don't know the reason why it is deleted but you should be able to find the same folder on your Patch Manager server. Default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Patch Manager\Server\Templates

You can give a try by copying the content of the server folder content to your empty folder. If problem persists, you can consider running Patch Manager configuration wizard.

The issue with SolarWinds Patch Manager console inability to connect to the templates and reports was resolved after updating latest Patch Manager version 2023.2.0.50239. Thanks for reply.
