NCM hasn't backed up my network device configurations in 5 months.

I haven't had any backups of Cisco, Extreme, or PaloAlto device configurations in 5 months, and I don't know where to start looking.  It appears all of the services are up and running on the Windows server hosting Orion.  What am I missing?

Go to NCM Dashboard >> Jobs.

Check when the job was last run and if there are any failures, that page should also show you.

That would be my starting point.

I would also suggest that you enable session trace first in NCM then download the config.

Just remember to turn off Session trace once you are done with gathering the logs as that would eat up your available space if left enabled.

Read the session trace to know at which part the session is failing.
