I cannot see the "Edit Row Properties & Layout" to save changes.

I am trying to customize my Manage Entities view. On the Manage Entities view, I clicked More > Edit Row Properties in the menu. Then I selected the Custom and System properties. But I cannot see the blue "Edit Row Properties & Layout" bar and the "SAVE CHANGES" button. see pics below

In some browser that can search and highlight. you can actually see the text, but not the bar nor the save button:

Any trick I can save my changes?

Any other users that can verify this behavior for 2022.4.1? Or other users that uses the later versions(2023.2)

I also can not see the save changes blue banner, very frustarting.

I am on 2022.3 and I do not receive the blue top banner.
