Monitoring machine connecting to multiple closed networks

Good Afternoon,

I've got my thinking cap on about how to create a monitoring machine connected to multiple closed networks without creating a bridge.

Should it have multiple NIC's or a single trunk using ACL's. I need to be able to monitor networks that are non internet facing and I don't want to effectively create a bridge. not sure if one way would work and using trapping.

You could deploy an instance of the product for each of the closed networks and if needed, roll them up together into EOC

I have seen this done with multiple nics. Hateful, but it worked. A real network engineer may provide insight into using acls and routing that system to where it needs to go. Note: I am not a network engineer. So I will not try to answer this one.
