Fips and solarwinds

Hi 

Acording the the system requirments of the orion platform the the OS must be fips compliant

Now, I have a working install of solarwinds (orion platform) and the OS is not fips compliant. I've check it inside the GP : 

Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options, - >System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing *disabled*

and also registry - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy - *disabled* 

 

So how can you explain the system works very well if fips is disabled?
