updated local to DW 12.1

Just Updated to V12.1 on my Servers and the Client

If you start the Agent Update it ends on every Client with an CRC Error 23.

If you update the Agent manual the File Drag and Drop still doesent work in the Mini remote Control.

Whitout them the Support tool is not really helpfull and it would be nice if someone can fix this.
