Is there any way to have a horizontal view and vertical view in modern dashboard?

I am making a new modern dashboard, although the dashboard can resize if the browser changing the size,

but if the width is shorter than the height of the browser,

the widget text, size , etc is not good to see.

is there any method that we can set the widget format/size/place is different in horizontal/vertical  view?

I don't believe you can, although I agree it would help. If you make a Feature Request, I will vote it up.
