Resolution 1
Open the web-based License Manager (Settings > All Settings > License Manager).
Activate the license for the additional polling engine.
Re-run the Configuration Wizard on the affected polling engine.
Check to see if there is any mismatch of products between the polling engines.

Check if the Additional Polling Engine is in another domain and if The DNS hostname is not resolvable for each server to the host files.
Resolution 3
Adjust the Server Time to match Main Poller and SQL Server within less than 5 minutes, the allowed clock skew is '00:05:00'.
