My account is Administrator (SAML group), but I still can't access that section of NCM.

I've tried a local account, but it hasn't allowed me to log in either.

Any suggestion and/or procedure to follow???

Try checking the webuserSetting table to see if your account is set to Administrator.

You may try running this command in the database manager.

Replace the "Admin" with your accountID.

SELECT TOP 1000 * FROM [dbo].[WebUserSettings]
where accountid='Admin' and settingname like '%NCM%'

If the NCM.NCMAccountRole setting value is not Administrator there then manually change it to Administrator.

One possibility is that WebUserSettings were not populated for this user or got corrupted somehow.
Try this out:

- Change your role to none (or any other) then save settings and again change your role back to Administrator. That should populate table with new settings.

If this will not help then we will need probably deeper diagnostics from the dev.

Thank you, I have done what you mentioned to change the admin role to none. And I have returned the role to Admin, but the same problem continues.

Thanks for your help, I am attaching the query and the value result in NCM.NCMAccountRole. I have validated, I am "administrator", but I still have the same problems in the web console.

This happened from a version update:

From a version: 2022.4.1 to a version: 2023.1.0

That said, I have validated versions in our environment and I have noticed that they did not update correctly.

Should this have affected the error being thrown?

Dear All,

The problem was that we logged in to the Additional Web, which was in a different version than the Main Poller, so once updated, everything worked fine.
