I have two Fortigate FW's and the one that is working is on the same network as the app server. The one that is not working is on a different one but I have confirmed both devices are able to communicate as well as I ran a sniff packet command on the nonworking FW and I see it sending packets to the app server.
I installed Wireshark on the app server but am having issues with it and not able to restart the server right now but wanted to see what else I should be looking at? Assuming this is some network issue with something being blocked somewhere.
