application log monitoring on third window server

Greetings !!

We have situation here for application log monitoring as one of our customer demanded to monitor the application log monitoring. Customer do not wants to install anything like WMI , SNMP or agent on application server instead of that application logs will be forwarded to a centralized server and from that centralized server application logs need to monitor. We have suggested it through SAM or Log analyser.

please provide your valuable suggestions and examples which is being monitor in your environment.

How are the logs getting from the app server to the centralized location? Are those being copied over or sent via another means?

as of now they have not answered on this but client will forward the log file to the centralised server and that centralized server would be the windows server .

if i'm considering the SAM log parser (Powershell) template. but how this will work that i need to know
