Harward Health Info is NOT showing for HP devices in case of Remote Poller.

- I am using HP device and adding as node with Remote Poller. BUT Hardware Health Information is NOT displaying. Anyone has any idea. please let me know. Thanks

Are you monitoring with SNMP? or with WMI? Usually there is a bit of HP software that must be installed on the HP server to allow you to access hardware health info through SNMP. Hope that helps.

If it is an HPE (as opposed to specifically HP) switch, then not all models have hardware health sensors.
