Technically speaking (not regarding licensing) -
What do I don't have in my Solarwinds platform (lets supposed 2022.3 and above) if I don't have the HCO?
I mean - What is the technical benefits of installing the HCO as an upper layer of the platform?
I will really appreciate examples for specific features that I can find just at the HCO but not at the Solarwinds platform itself.
