Login Status for NCM Nodes

I have changed device template for Synoptics Avaya switch, and able to login successfully and download configuration as well, but it does not updating in login status as 'Login OK'.

What could be reason?

TRANSFER RESULT TABLE shows successfully downloaded

Does the downloaded config look good? If no, that explains the error and you probably need to build a template to deal with some slight difference with that device.

If yes then i'm out of ideas for the moment.

I expect it's doing something like trying to download the "login successful" page

Usually that space in the DB refers to the last config download

Run a config download, then that'll update
