Wireless Heat Maps in 2023.1

We are installing a new Wireless LAN Controller and APs. I am trying to create Wireless Heat Maps, but the instructions all start, "Open Network Atlas". Support informed me that Network Atlas is not just deprecated but totally gone in version 2023.1. It is not just disabled; it is not part of the code.

So my question is, without Network Atlas, how do I create Wireless Heat Maps?

You would have to open a support ticket to confirm but I believe this feature no longer works as of 2023.1 as I've yet to see a way to do it in Orion Maps.

Yeah, I went around and around with Support, and the issue was escalated. I was then told that Wireless Heat Maps are no longer available. It sounded like they were surprised that a published feature was just removed with no notice.

I was just wondering if they are missing something or I am missing something. What are the customers who use that function supposed to do when their Wireless Heat Maps just no longer work?

I was told it needs to be a New Feature Request to get a current feature to work again. That just seems wrong. I guess that is why I am having trouble accepting that it just disappears in the 2023.1 version.

that's odd, I'm running 2023.1.1 and Network Atlas is available for me to use and I can create and display maps using it.

That is odd. This is what I got from SolarWinds Support: "In 2022.4 version, the Network Atlas is still there but expect the function might be lessen. In 2023.1 the tool is no longer available or disabled. Please be known as well that support for that tool is no longer possible as we move on Orion Maps which within the web console."

I guess that is why I keep asking. I am getting mixed results on what is going on.
