I'm wondering if its possible to monitor a scheduled task event ID via SAM's Event log monitoring by specifying the event log location under a Custom Log to monitor as - Microsoft-Windows-TaskScheduler/Operational
and set the Event ID to look for specific events.
I did find this article: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/ipmonitor/content/event_log.htm - however this looks to be a much older version of SAM and mentions that this would require the creation of a registry key and I was unsure if this is still the case or if you can simply specify the location of the log as above?
Appreciate any help with this!
