NCM logs error after the upgrade to 2023.1

We recently upgraded our Platform to version from 2022.3 to 2023.1. We've been seeing errors in our NCM backup.

Does anybody else have the case? Some of our pollers have local config archive directories and others are on a shared drive.

Validation passed though.

Yeah, case is open. Case #: 01315193

No luck, support is pointing out that the reason was the path of the archive directory. It was running good from the previous version.

Sounds like this may be a regression bug then if worked in previous release and not there. Check 2023.1.1 SR that we recently released, I recall a defect we fixed there that may address this issue.
