UNDP report

Hi everyone,

I apologize if I am posting this question in the wrong forum. I am using UNDP to extract information, but the report is showing some entries twice. The report is only for one device, but I would like to include more devices in the report. However, I am struggling to display the report in a table format and prevent the duplication of values. Can anyone suggest a solution to this issue?

Hi, Im not seeing duplication there it looks like you are gathering multiple undp metrics from each interface?

As you can see in the report , under ILO, ILO is shown again and same goes for System ROM . Is there any way i can avoid this duplication ?

Do you have SWQL Studio? As what I ended up dowing was Searching on Orion.NPM.CustomPollerStatusOnNode to find the UnDP that you want to report on, so for example this SWQL script would show me all with that is using the physicalDiskState:

SELECT TOP 1000 CustomPollerAssignmentID,
AssignmentName,
CustomPollerID,
NodeID,
DateTime,
Rate,
Total, RawStatus, Status, Description, RowStatus, RowID, DetailsUrl, DisplayName, InstanceType, Uri, InstanceSiteId FROM Orion.NPM.CustomPollerStatusOnNode

WHERE CustomPollerID = '2a3e03ed-ecd3-4a3f-80b2-52de2c1f1ef0'

Then what you can do is a Join to pull out multiple items, so this example pulls out all physicalDiskState that are not showing as online:

SELECT Nodes.NodeID,
Nodes.ObjectSubType,
Nodes.IPAddress,
Nodes.Caption,
Nodes.Status,
NPMCPSPD.Status as [Disk Status],
NPMCPSPD.DisplayName as [Disk Controller]

FROM Orion.Nodes as Nodes

INNER JOIN Orion.NPM.CustomPollerStatusOnNode as NPMCPSPD on (Nodes.NodeID = NPMCPSPD.NodeID) and (NPMCPSPD.CustomPollerID = '2a3e03ed-ecd3-4a3f-80b2-52de2c1f1ef0') and (NPMCPSPD.status <> 'online')

Used the same process to pull Serial numbers as well as other Status I pull using UnDP.
