Upgraded to 2023.1 on 3/2/2023. The system for the most part has been stable. Beginning 3/13/23 the nightly database maintenance has been failing. and issuing the following error:
Failed to execute 'Remove temporary system files [Files]'... ever since that message appeared the database maintenance has been failing.
If I run Active Diagnostics I am getting a few errors that may be related.
This one is showing in the logs:
Pattern: JET*.tmp
Files to handle: 0
Include sub-directories: False
2023-03-31 02:35:32,331 [1] WARN SolarWinds.Data.FileSystemMaintenance.FileCleaner - FileCleaner: The file is being used. The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\Temp\JETCA70.tmp' because it is being used by another process.
2023-03-31 02:35:32,331 [1] WARN SolarWinds.Data.FileSystemMaintenance.FileCleaner - Failed to delete: C:\Windows\Temp\JETCA70.tmp
As well as this one:
2023-03-31 02:35:32,346 [1] ERROR SolarWinds.Data.DatabaseMaintenance.MaintenanceEngineHelper - Failed to execute 'Remove temporary system files [Files]'
System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to delete 1 files.
Which shows up as red in Active Diagnostics
Also getting these which I was told isn't and issue
Uploaded Diags as well as the results from the Active Diagnostics.
The maintenance is still failing anyone have any suggestions?
