Unable to poll or collect data from Cisco Business 220 Series Smart Switches

Hi everyone,

I have couple if Cisco CBS 220 Smart Switch and the polling server can not poll these devices.

I have configured SNMP community string and SNMP test successfully connected.

I just get a "data is not available" in the cpu and memory widgets on the node details page. 

Anyone have faced this issue before ? Thank for watching.

We don't have any of these devices so can't directly answer, but it would help matters if you set the view to be aligned to the type of node. Currently your view type is set to ASA (which I'm sure you know is a firewall).

From the node tab click 'edit properties' and then find the "View Type" which is near the top and set it to 'Node Details - Summary'. Scroll down and save.
