Exporting or saving Alert Action schedules?

Question

Hi all, does anybody know of a way of saving or exporting the schedule for an Alert Action?

Setting a schedule up is quite tedious/laborious and therefore prone to error.

I have several alert actions where I need to set-up the same schedule, hebce the question to avoid having to repetitively set up the same schedule in each Action.

The ideal solution would be to reduce/minimise the actions - something I am looking at, but the tricky bit is that they apply to different scopes (Nodes, Interfaces, Volumes, Applications, Components, API's etc).
I looking to see if I can set variables that are used in the action in an early actions that it variable scopes specific;

e.g. Callout_Team - this can be a Node or Application or Volume (etc.) custom property - if I can set that in an inital alert action an use that in the later scheduled one, then all good!

I am a little rusty with SW, I used to use it extensively, but had a 6 year break, and still trying to get back into it (I've forgotten a load of low level stuff).

I did find one quick solution to my current problem, which is having quite a few alert actions hat need a schedule adding.

I didn't realise that you can select all the actions and edit in bulk, thus adding a schedule to all simultaneously in one go

Duplicate alert, strip everything bar the schedule, save as "Master Schedule x", duplicate that when needed?

(probably could import/export the while alert w/ schedule or the database item in alertconfigs)
