NCM was not functional after 2023.1 upgrade from 2020.2.4

The actual upgrade process only took roughly 1 hour.

NCM seemed to disappear after the upgrade:

• There was no longer an Applet called 'SolarWinds Orion Network Configuration Manager' listed in Control Panel:
• 
• The NCM page on the web console showed "You currently cannot connect to the main NCM server":
• 

Any idea how to resolve this?

Raise a support case immediately and start working with SolarWinds support. 

I dont think you have successfully upgraded, try downloading the installer again from customer portal. How are you upgrading Online or Offline ?
