We have just installed a Windows Kiwi syslog server on-premise and we want to forward the logs to our MS Sentinel system. The MS connectors all seem to be linux based. Is there a way that this can be achieved with a windows syslog server

Do the MS connectors accept syslog? If so the OS doesn't matter.
Sentiinel has a connector for the linux syslog forwarders but I wasn't sure if anyone had enabled or integrated the windows syslog server to it?
