transaction log Freespace alert

I have been tasked to create a transaction log Freespace alert. They only want it for a specific database and not all the databases on that server. How would I go about this?

1. go to Alerts
2. Manage Alerts
3. under Definitions/Alerts , choose Transaction Log Freespace
4. select database intances to assign
5. Configure alerts levels and recipients
