Node Endpoint/Client Status through API

I have been trying to find a status field for endpoints in UDT.  There are OperationalStatus and AdministrativeStatus in the Orion.UDT.MACAddressInfo table, but I can't find any documentation on what those fields mean.  The values for OperationalStatus are either -1. 1 or 2.  AdministrativeStatus is -1, or 1.  Anyone know what these fields mean and what the potential values represent?

I think the OperationalStatus and AdministrativeStatus refer to the port itself, not to the endpoint

the combination of 1/2 (up/down) :

operationalstatus, administrativestatus, finalstatus
1, 1, port active
1, 2, port inactive
2, 2, port shutdown
