We are using Solarwinds SEM 2021.4 , it received logs from a NetApp which was in 7 mode.
Last week, we upgraded the NetApp which is in cluster mode. Then Solarwinds SEM cannot receive logs from the new NetApp.
I think it is not supported for cluster mode and you need to raise a feature request as mentioned in the support article:
"Note: NetApp cannot be in cluster mode. It must be in 7 mode. If you are interested in monitoring Cluster mode, please create a feature request with SolarWinds Support or via the THWACK forum."
