URL, Ports for Solarwinds Access

greetings communityI have an Orion server without internet access at the moment, but it wants to be enabled only as far as solarwinds is concerned. 
What access should be given to place in the firewall rules? URL, ports, that allow to make upgrades, download Mibs, Thwack community pollers, etc.

Hello greetings I made the rules in the firewall with the URLs I need to update online but it is not letting me, it keeps saying that my environment is offline, I ask, do I have to do something else? for example restart the services. thank you

The whitelist should have what you need.

Do you also have an egress firewall and or web proxy you need to whitelist?

Especially for 'https://downloads.solarwinds.com' you need to allow the VIP/DNS record, not just an IP. Also make sure your firewall vendor does not do a one time lookup of the DNS record when it generates the rule (if it converts DNS to IP), or in the case of a few major vendors do not handle dynamic entries well.
