Allow Account to Disable Actions

Greeting everyone,

I have been trying to find good documentation about account permissions but everything I have found provides scant information about the different permissions when setting up an account.

What I am trying to work out right now is what the following permissions affect for Alerts:

Allow Account to Disable Actions	Yes / No	Account will be allowed to disable actions from active alerts.
Allow Account to Disable All Actions	Yes / No	Account will be allowed to disable all actions from active alerts.

If anyone has information or a link to good documentation, it would be appreciated.

If you go Alerts -> Manage Alerts -> Actions, it's the on-off radio buttons on there for the first one, and on Alerts -> Pause all actions (top right) its that button for the 2nd.

Basically stopping emails/etc from firing after an alert pops up in the console
