SolarWinds Patch Manager Orion integration not working since upgrade to Orion 2023.1.0 and PM 2022.4

Hello,

Is anyone running Orion 2023.1.0 and PM 2022.4 and has the integration working?

During the upgrade of PM to the latest version there is a new port used for the integration, 54902 unsecured HTTP and 54093 secured HTTPS. I could not get it to work over the secured port

Since upgrading I see this error on the Patch Summary page in Orion. I also receive the same error for the Orion Node Summary page. I have an open support ticket, but I'm still waiting for a fix.

Correction unsecured port is 54092

This is a bug with 2022.4 and was fixed in 2023.1

Case number 01185449 An error message no longer displays when you access Patch Manager from a Microsoft Windows server or an integrated connection with the SolarWinds Platform server.

I don't know if you still have the issue, but I found that the install created new firewall entries for the TCP Port 54092, but did not change the eminentware web-api port settings in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EminentWare\Data Grid Service\WebApi

This too should be set to 54092 or whatever port you used.

I manually changed this and it started talking again. Now have everything up to version 2023.2 across the board. Just got all the other errors to look at now

Thanks for the info. I do still have the issue, although some information from the WSUS server was coming through...sometimes. No computer update information was being displayed at all. So my issue is not the port but due to something else in my environment. At the time 2023.1 MMC download was not available, but now I see there is a download for 2023.1, 2023.1.1 and now 2023.2.0. The later version will require me to also upgrade Orion to 2023.2.0. I will ask support again for clarification on which version has this issue fixed.
