Before the issue, we had HA running on two VMs. We needed to update the software so we started with the standby. HA was turned off and the software was updated. We were later advised that we needed to start with the active. So we restored the standby and installed the previous software by pulling the software over from the active server. We then moved over to the active server to begin setting up the HA pool. I did not have the credentials to move forward so nothing further was done. A few hours later I was told that users tied to the SolarWinds windows groups were not able to automatically log in. The local SolarWinds accounts work and SolarWinds is functional. I wasn't sure if the standby was causing these issues so I shut down the SolarWinds services on that server but the issue still remains. Users are still using the previous virtual hostname to get to the web console that was set up when HA was functional.
