Has anyone broken the code to use Palo Alto and Compliance? I got backups, but I can't identify multiple lines in the XML.

PA likes to use entry name a lot in their config. I can't use just one liners to check their configs.

tried Regex to no avail. Been using find str with multiple "and" conditions, but lines could be many lines away from each other.

If you are using the XML config, best thing is to use something like ElementTree to read in the XML then just use the xpath to get the items that you want.    Are you using python to parse the config?
