Hi Z128,

There can be so many scenarios in which the packet loss can happen for example: If there is network flapping, network congestion, Issue with the connecting network device etc.

So it looks like you have to check root cause for the packet drop on the network level.

Please try to ping, tracrt, from your SolarWinds Orion server to the destination IP's, and once you have fixed the network level issues the solarwinds will automatically start showing the 0% packet loss. let me know if you require any further information.
