Interface Utilization Percentage not alerting

Hi, new to SolarWinds. I created an alert to monitor specific interfaces for a specific percentage of utilization, however it does not appear to be triggering. When I look at the interface I am trying to monitor utilization is showing above the test threshold I set. This threshold that I set is to be lower than the global threshold, which is why I am not just changing the global threshold. I set this up through the WebUI. Below is how it is setup, any help is greatly appreciated on figuring out why it will not show up in Alerts or Events or send me an email (which test emails succeed on.)

Alert on Node

Trigger parameters:

Interface > Instance > is > (selected interface 1)

Interface > Instance > is > (selected interface 2)

Conditions:

Interface > Receive Percent Utilization > is greater than or equal to > 5

Interface > Transmit Percent Utilization > is greater than or equal to > 1

I think I might have figured this out. Since I am narrowing down to a specific interface, I had set the Alert to "Alert on Node." When I changed it to "Interface" instead, now it appears to be showing up in Alerts and producing emails.
