IBM Websphere status returns unknown for 80% of time

I am handling an old platform with Websphere configured with JMX template monitoring the Application status (up/down)

I found most of the time (80 % within a day) it shows alert with unknown status, while other time shows UP.

I checked the host , the availability is 100% which the host and application should actually be alright. 

Any ideas on how should I deal with the problem?

WE just set this up in our environment (yesterday).  We are letting it cook over the weekend.  I will see if we encounter the same behavior, if we do, I will update you and once we do find a solution and pass it along.  So far, it looks good.
