Hello,

I have been trying to utilize the SolarWinds Unmanage tool from my main SW server using their knowledge base article, however despite following it I am getting errors when the job tries to run through Task Scheduler.

I am logged in as the admin service account, running with highest privilege's and keep getting the error:

"The operator or administrator has refused the request(0x800710e0)

or

"The task is currently running(0x41301)" and it never stops running.

I have reached out to SW directly, however I am informed they no longer support this software.

Does anyone have any extra tips when using this software to unmanage nodes successfully for a scheduled period of time?

I still have this working on our 2023.1 RC box. 

When you configured the unmanage schedule job/script, did you use Windows Auth or Orion auth? 

I'd suggest popping a command prompt as the admin service account and paste in the command line from the scheduled task; the resulting message(s) might be useful.
