Add one more thresholds for interface( 0 is critical ) in modern dashboard.

Hello,

I want to add one more critical threshold if the interface is 0 show in red, there is now only 2 options 1 warning and 1 critical, please I want 2 critical one for high interface utilizations if 90 and more and the second critical threshold be if the interface is 0 , alsoi don't want to change the warning threshold.

Please any idea?

Pretty sure those sections are hard coded and no amount of S(W)QL will overcome it - so I suspect you will need to raise a Feature Request - over here: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/network-performance-monitor-npm/i/feature-requests

you arent going to be able to add two critical values, the only thing you could do it as is would be to do the math in your SWQL query and then have it return a consistent value you can alert on. For example you could case anything greater than 95% is XX and then case anything less than 2% is the same value. Then set your thresholds up against that, its messy for sure and would need a lot of fine tuning to get it right but within Modern Dashboards its the only way i can think of. Use cases like what you're describing are exactly why I'm moving to something like Grafana (it's free BTW) for my dashboarding needs, because manipulating dashboards is it's main function doing stuff like what you're asking is fairly simple in there.
