We would like to integrate the Solarwinds with the BMC remedy for certain Reno server. The condition or the requirement is that when the node down alert or the temperature alerts trigger it has to goes to BMC Remedy as a case.
Could any one please help your ideas to get this done at the earliest. Any leads much appreciated.
