Have you looked in the Network Atlas logs?
Usually found in c:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Orion\Logs\NetworkAtlas
See if there's anything useful in there
Re run the config manager go through it and untick /tick
What version of Orion are you running?
As Network Atlas has been depreciated since the 2020.2 Orion Version
To be clear here, we announced that we planned to deprecate it once we get Orion Maps to a functionality level that would allow us to do this. When we did similar for reports and report writer, one of the points of feedback from customers was to please give you all as much heads up as possible so you can plan and migrate critical reports, etc. As of current point in time, Orion Maps still has a decent bit of work left to go before we can actually deprecate it.
