SolarWinds Platform and Additional Web Server on different version

We are planning to upgrade our Orion 2020.2.6 version to 2022.4.1 version but we cant see on AWS the avalabilty download for 2022.4.1 version only 2022.3 version shows.

Is it okay to have different version on our SolarWinds Platform and Additional Web Server?

No its not ..just ask support to fix that.

From what I've experienced you only really need to update your main polling engine and it should pop up with the update page on the web console after it's finished on the main polling engine. From there you should be able to update every other server within your environment. (If you're running an online environment)

If you're running an offline environment you definitely should get the installer from the customer portal. Might need to open a support case for that.

Hi I open a support case and advise me to Upgrade the polling engine and then the SWA so that the 2022.4.1 version will show up on the AWS.
