SSL certificate expiration monitoring for cloud application

Hi All,

We are trying to monitor one of the cloud application using SSL date expiration monitor. We were successfully able to add the node and deployed the SSL template but when we checked the output, the certificate is taking the gateway IP of Azure cloud and it seems to be dynamic. So please assist whether can we monitor SSL of Azure cloud application and if Yes, how do we do that ?

if your certificate in azure is presenting on a URL that can be resolved in DNS you can probably do as above/below
"You could try adding an external node, selecting the "use dns" option, and then adding the SSL monitor to that"

If your certificate in azure is some other strange thing, or it cant be reached with a set link, you might need another method, of which APIs is a method amoung several (Could use a logicapp and report back to SLW for example)

Personally i'm trying to get a script to connect into azure to read a bunch of api calls off related to this, which has been a faff so far

@adam.beedell Thanks for the response. Can we use the SSL date expiration monitor to monitor the application deployed in Azure or do we need to rely on API ?
