SolarWinds Information Service Issues

Hello,

A few weeks ago, we upgraded our installation of SolarWinds from 2020.2.5 to 2020.2.6. Unfortunately, we have had post-upgrade issues since then. We currently have intermittent connectivity issues to the SolarWinds console. We see an error message that tells us there is an issue with the SolarWinds information service, and then we see a menu failure error. Does anyone know where to start looking to resolve this?

I think there was a thing around credential handling around then. What's the error specifically?
Do recommend support ticket and upgrade too.

Recommend a support ticket, but also so you are aware, 2022.4.1 is latest shipping version as well.

How often does it occur?

Does it "fix" itself or do you have to perform some action?

Could you send a screenshot of the error?

Did you open a ticket with support?
