Solarwinds Desktop Notification tools

I installed Solarwinds.Desktopnotification tool on 3 PC at work and connected to Orion server as well . On one of the PCs I recieve the audio alerts but not on other 2 Pcs . what can be the issue ?

Always feel free to log a support ticket to look into as well. Any differences between these machines? All have sound cards for example?
