Trigger condition and Rest condition for BGP Neighbor change

Hello folks,

can anyone help me with creating trigger and reset condition for BGP

i want alert whn BGP state goes from "Established" to "Idle" or "Active"

and reset condition when BGP state restores from "Idle" or Active to Established.

can anyone help with these condition or SWQL query

there are two things ,our org enabled the Out-of-the box alerting template for BGP neighbor changed. which do no the the correct reset condition.

so present condition for trigger looks like this, so i wanted create new condition which can fetch all the BGP neighbor details.

second is we want to know long decommissioned and still active on router. with the below trigger condition we are unable to find them.
