May I know if it is possible to create a custom chart of top 10 application?
I try this but I can't see application name when I add data series.

What is your definition or expectation of what an "application" is? As application, do you mean SNMP, TACACS, BGP, etc or Outlook, Minecraft, Skype, etc.
Here's my process for adding an apps chart. My definition for applications in this scenario are SNMP, TACACS, BGP, etc.
1) You need Netflow setup/monitored.
2) I go to a view/page. Click "customize view", Click "Add Widgets", type "Applications" in search box and select "Top XX Applications".
3) A custom Top 5 Applications chart is created. I can "edit" and change the "Maximum Number of Items to Display" to 10 and it will display top 10 instead of top five.
4) Preview the chart. If chart looks good post chart.
5) If chart looks good in preview but chart will not display data on the page when created check/fix permissions of what can be displayed on page.
how about on Reports. How can I add a custom chart that shows top xx application of the week.
Yes.
Go to "Mange Reports" under the "Alerts & Report" section.
On the "Report Manger" page, search "application".
Duplicate & Edit "Top 100 Applications - Last 24 Hours".
Under "Layout Builder" rename header and Change table to "last month" or "last 31 days" depending on what you want.
Change whatever else you need inside that "report" as well.
