I've just observed a .net error that prevented the JobEngine v2 service from starting on server 2019 running platform 2022.4
If you have not patched yet then I would advise not to for MS update KB5021085.
If anyone has a resolution or workaround that allows Orion to work with this patch please share!
If you have this issue in the interim, simply uninstalling the patch, no reboot required resolves.
