After I complete an upload it says Processing with Cisco for a few minutes then the Status changes to Error.
I have spoken to our Cisco rep and they setup an NCM server and get the same results. Cisco says they don't see the file in thier system. I have spoken to our Solarwinds Rep who suggested opening a support case. Support, closed the ticket and saying they don't support the tool and to post on thwack for assistance. Yet, I see a lot of Thwack posts from people having issues and little to no response from Solarwinds. How do we get support for NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor ?
