alert stuck

i have unmanaged two device but still getting alert for those devices . i turn off and on the alert but the alert still exist . anyone can help me

What type of device (node, volume, interface, app, etc.)? Can you share the details of the alert?

Also would look at your settings as sounds like you have alerting enabled for unmanaged devices.

your alert might also have a reset condition that is looking for a specific status so the alert will stay active unless you delete the active alert or change the reset condition.

but yes share your alert pages so we can see what’s going on

device was router , its fixed by solarwinds technical team by restarting the application server
